Indigo Trigger Takes CyberRisk Alliance Live on Naviga Ad

Naviga Ad Platform deployed in six weeks; supports sales and sales operations across three divisions.
PORTSMOUTH, NH — MONDAY JANUARY 27TH, 2020 — Indigo Trigger is proud to announce the successful deployment of the Naviga Ad platform at CyberRisk Alliance. The project — which started in early December — tapped Naviga and Indigo Trigger resources to migrate CyberRisk Alliance off of legacy platforms to a net-new environment that supports sales, sales operations, production and finance operations.

As part of the project, the Indigo Trigger team worked to migrate historical sales data from a Salesforce.com platform managed by previous owner Haymarket Media Group. In addition to migrating historical sales data, Indigo Trigger worked with CyberRisk Alliance to build new enterprise product catalog configured within Naviga Ad. The platform new supports all CRM and Order Management functions as well as production management, fulfillment and finance operations. With the new platform, CyberRisk Alliance now has a single system to manage the “lead to cash” process — managing sales from opportunity to invoice.

Prinos continued “the speed at which the platform could be installed and adopted by the sales team really speaks to the strength of the front and back end of the platform. At the beginning of December my team had never even seen the platform — within a month we found proficiency and we’re really comfortable driving the implementation.”
Indigo Trigger will continue to support the CyberRisk Alliance team through the end of March. The team will provide additional training resources in addition to front-line support working alongside the Naviga team.
