PORTSMOUTH, NH — Friday, August 1st, 2025 - Indigo Trigger is excited to announce the launch of a comprehensive digital performance audit for Shaw Media, marking the first joint engagement between Indigo Trigger and the Local Media Consortium’s (LMC) Digital Optimization and Development Services (DODS) program.
This collaboration underscores a shared mission to help local media companies modernize their digital ecosystems and strengthen their long-term sustainability. The engagement will produce a two-part report: a full diagnostic of Shaw Media’s current digital and advertising infrastructure, followed by prioritized, actionable recommendations to optimize performance, revenue, and user experience.
Scope of Work Includes:
Website Performance & Tech Stack Review: Using tools like Google Analytics, Lighthouse, and Chrome DevTools, Indigo Trigger will evaluate site architecture, mobile responsiveness, accessibility, speed performance, and third-party technology usage. The audit will also include a console error and analytics tracking review.
SEO & Metadata Evaluation: Indigo Trigger will use SEMRush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console to analyze metadata structures, on-page SEO elements, backlink profiles, and keyword strategies to identify opportunities to improve search engine visibility.
Advertising Systems Review: With tools such as Google Publisher Console, Google Ad Manager, and Prebid.js, the team will assess ad inventory strategy, placement standardization, viewability metrics, technical tag implementation, and demand partner performance.
