10 Missions Media Selects Indigo Trigger to Improve Content and Audience Platform Integration

Project will focus on advancing Omeda & ePublishing integration to drive new revenue opportunity and improve customer experience

PORTSMOUTH, NH — TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 9th, 2021 — St. Paul, Minn.-based 10 Missions Media has selected INDIGO TRIGGER to lead a strategic consulting and system integration effort to improve subscriber acquisition, retention and experience across leading brands serving the automotive aftermarket industry. As part of the project, the INDIGO TRIGGER team will work closely with the 10 Missions team, and their technology providers — Omeda and ePublishing — to improve communication between the two platforms. The project centers around a more advanced implementation and configuration of Omeda following two tracks. Track one focuses on how Omeda “hooks” are incorporated into 10 Missions web sites, powered by ePublishing. The second track focuses on a more strategic configuration of many Omeda functions and components including strategic gating, journey management, and high value integrations to key platforms including Google Ad Manager and AdRoll. In addition to work on the Omeda platform, ePublishing will be providing a number of strategic enhancements to help the 10 Missions team reach their goals.

“Back in August, Jay DeWitt, President of 10 Missions Media, made the decision to bring us in to review current challenges, understand short and long-term goals, and help develop a tangible go-forward plan to position 10 Missions for future success.” said Christopher Prinos, CEO of INDIGO TRIGGER. “We spent the better part of September and October reviewing all parts of the 10 Missions audience and content eco-system. After working closely with the team for a few months — and with the help of some great partners at Omeda and ePublishing — we were able to deliver a recommendation and blueprint that the 10 Missions team was happy with. From there, it was all about charging ahead to deliver on the recommendation, which is where we are now.”

As part of the project, INDIGO TRIGGER will drive the project and act as a system integrator for the Omeda platform, working as an extension of the 10 Missions team. The project, which kicked off in mid-October, will run in two phases spanning roughly five months, with the first phase going live mid-January 2022.
