As part of the engagement, INDIGO TRIGGER will work with stakeholders across all business units to enhance the current platform configuration and prepare for a host of new users. The project, which is slated to continue through the first half of 2022, will focus on areas that will drive operational efficiency and revenue generation, including:
Lead-to-Cash platform tuning across all modules - CRM, Order Entry, Production & Finance
Training and support for proper month end billing procedures including best practices
Historical data migration for two divisions with two different data sources
Configuration and deployment of Accounts Payable and General Ledger modules
Planning and implementation approach for product and sales budget reporting
Configuration, deployment and training for all CRM modules supporting sales managers and sales leadership
