Naviga · Strategy

Know what the order system is doing before you decide what to do with it.

Three shapes: a health check of a Naviga Ad instance you already run, a stay-or-go evaluation before a legacy OMS contract renews, or a roadmap before a migration or consolidation. Each ends in a written plan you can act on with or without us.

When this is the right engagement

  • A legacy order system renewal is coming and nobody can say what the license is actually buying
  • Orders, delivery, and billing disagree and nobody can say where the truth should live
  • Two acquisitions need one order system and the catalogs have never been compared
  • You are weighing Naviga Ad against another OMS and want an answer from your workflow, not a demo
  • Leadership has asked why the ad stack costs what it costs

What you get

  • A current-state map of order to cash across the CRM, the order system, the ad server, and the ERP
  • A configuration and data review: products, rate cards, order types, campaigns, and integrations, each marked keep, fix, or retire
  • A data quality finding: duplicate advertisers, orphaned campaigns, and orders nobody can bill
  • A reconciliation audit: what booked, delivered, and billed disagree on, and why
  • A recommended integration architecture with field ownership written down
  • A prioritized roadmap with sequence, dependencies, and what each step unlocks
  • A readout for leadership and a working session for the team who will own it

How it runs

  1. 01

    Discovery interviews

Sellers, ad ops, billing, and the admin. How orders actually happen, not how the process document says they do.

  2. 02

    System and data review

Read-only access. We inventory the configuration, profile the data, and trace every integration to what it really moves.

  3. 03

    Reconciliation review

Booked, delivered, and billed compared on real campaigns, with the differences explained rather than averaged.

  4. 04

    Options and recommendation

Fix, rebuild, migrate, or leave, with the trade-offs stated plainly.

  5. 05

    Roadmap readout

A leadership session and a working session for the team. You leave with a sequence you can run yourself or hand to us.

Questions we get

Will you tell us to leave the system we are on?

Only if the workflow says so. We implement Naviga Ad and we migrate companies onto it from legacy systems, so a recommendation in either direction has to stand on your order volume, your products, and your integrations, not on which vendor pays us.

Work and news

Start with the stuck point

What should the order system be doing that it isn’t?

Bring the handoff, the reconciliation, or the make-good that keeps resurfacing. We will tell you whether it is a Naviga problem, a workflow problem, or a systems problem, and what to do about it.
