PORTSMOUTH, NH — Wednesday, June 25th, 2025 — Indigo Trigger is proud to announce its newest client partnership with the Minnesota Star Tribune, where it is serving as the lead systems integrator for the newspaper’s migration to a modern Order Management platform.
The multi-phase project, which kicked off in March 2025, is progressing on schedule and is set to go live on September 1, 2025. This initiative is a core part of the Star Tribune’s broader effort to modernize its Lead-to-Cash technology stack and workflows, streamlining internal operations and improving the customer experience.
At the heart of the transformation is a new self-service portal that will give advertisers the ability to view and pay invoices online—a major leap forward in digital convenience and financial transparency.
“This project reflects the Star Tribune’s commitment to innovation and operational excellence,” said Christopher Prinos, CEO of Indigo Trigger. “We’re thrilled to be working with such a forward-thinking team and look forward to delivering another successful Order Management system migration.”
As the media industry continues to evolve, Indigo Trigger remains at the forefront, helping publishers upgrade and integrate mission-critical platforms that drive revenue and enhance customer relationships.
